Our Policies

Should you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please do so within 24-hours. If you fail to cancel/reschedule within the 24-hour timeframe you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s). Should you fail to show up for your appointment, you will still be charged 100% for your scheduled service. We also hold the right to require a prepayment to schedule another appointment after no-showing.

We value your business and ask that you respect our time and scheduling policies. Please keep in mind when you don’t show up or cancel/reschedule in less than 24-hours, we lose the ability to fill that time slot, ultimately effecting our income. Medical and family emergencies are excused.

Arriving late to your appointment will impact the time available for your service. We understand being late is sometimes out of your control, therefore we allow a 10 minute grace period before you will be considered a no-show.  If you arrive within the 10 minute grace period we will take off the amount of time you were late out of your allotted appointment time. Sometimes this may include eliminating a service so we can end our appointment in a timely manner. We strive to treat all of our clients fairly.

Please keep in mind we provide massage therapy and therefore prefer NO CHILDREN to accompany you to your appointment, unless they are also being serviced or you have discussed it with your service provider prior to your appointment.

Due to the limited size of our space and limited seating in our waiting area we encourage clients to NOT bring extra guests, unless they are also getting serviced or can sit in the room with you for the entirety of your appointment. 

Due to the nature of the service there will be no refunds on any services rendered. Please contact us within 72 hrs of service date with any problems and/or concerns you have regarding your service. We feel every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction.
