Our Policies

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a $25 late cancellation fee.

Missed appointments without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may require deposit for future bookings.

Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be asked to reschedule depending on the service and schedule availability.

If you arrive late, your service may be adjusted to fit within the remaining appointment time so we can stay on schedule for all clients. Full service pricing will still apply.

To keep our space calm and comfortable for all clients, we kindly ask that only guests with scheduled appointments attend. Our lobby has limited seating, and additional guests can quickly impact the flow of the studio.

We understand that childcare needs may occasionally arise. If bringing a child or guest is unavoidable, please contact us in advance so we can confirm whether accommodations are possible that day. Unapproved additional guests may be asked to reschedule.

A valid card is required to reserve appointments. Charges will only be applied ion accordance with the policies listed above. 

A card on file also authorizes enforcement of late cancellation, no-show, and policy fees outlined above.

Services are customized to each client, and results may vary. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service that falls outside our scope of practice or comfort level.

To keep rewards simple and fair, one promotion or service credit may be applied per visit unless otherwise specified.

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. If you have any concern following your appointment, please contact us within 72 hours so we can support you appropriately. Your experience matters to us, and we are always happy to communicate.
